Set up Windows Hello Fingerprint in Windows 10

1. Open Settings' in Windows 10
2. Click Accounts
3. Click Sign-in Options'
4. Under "Manage how you sign in to your device", select Windows Hello Fingerprint
   • Click Set up

     

   • Click Get started

     

5. Confirm your account password
6. Touch the fingerprint sensor as indicated

   

7. Continue with the on screen instructions to record your fingerprint
8. Click Set up PIN

   

   • Create a 6 or more digit PIN

     

   • Click OK

To log into this machine with your fingerprint place the finger you registered on the reader and the computer will log you in.
