iPhone

  1. Click the "settings" icon
  2. Choose "Passwords & Accounts" > Email
  3. If you have tried to create it before, be sure to delete any previous accounts for this email address.
  4. Choose "Add Account" > select "Other"
  5. Choose "Add Mail Account"
  6. Input your full email address for "username"
    • Be sure to input your password correctly
  7. Choose IMAP not POP3
  8. For Incoming server type: mail.cyvon.com
    • You must input your email address and password as username/password
  9. For SMTP Server (outgoing/Host) type: mail.cyvon.com
    • Again you must input your email address and password as username/password. Although it says in the app that this is optional, it is not!
  10. Select "Next" and it will attempt to verify and should be successful
