How to setup and configure ReachUC for your cloud based phone system


  1. Download and install ReachUC app
  2. Launch ReachUC app
  3. Sign in with your Phone Portal login
  4. Agree to the terms of service
  5. Allow application permissions
    • Microphone
    • Phone
    • Contacts

You can switch between your cellphone contacts and the phone system contacts by clicking the contacts and tapping the address book or PBX in the top right.
