How to setup and configure ReachUC for your cloud based phone system
- Download and install ReachUC app
- Launch ReachUC app
- Sign in with your Phone Portal login
- Agree to the terms of service
- Allow application permissions
- Microphone
- Phone
- Contacts
You can switch between your cellphone contacts and the phone system contacts by clicking the contacts and tapping the address book or PBX in the top right.
Signing out or changing your ReachUC login information
- Click the three dots in the right corner and go to settings
- To change your login information go to Account setup
- You can change your username or password by tapping on them
- To sign out you have to reset the application
- Resetting the application will erase all your settings and any customizations you have made
